Role Overview: B2B Brand and Graphic Designer
Workstream is hiring a Brand & Graphic Designer to create high-quality design work for marketing and sales teams. This person will manage incoming design requests, scope projects, and ensure all visual assets align with our brand across different channels.
What You Will Do
- Own the design function as a strategic partner within the company
- Scope, prioritize, and coordinate design projects from start to finish
- Produce visual assets that support marketing and sales initiatives
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Advise internal teams on effective visual communication strategies
- Lead brand systems and oversee design operations
- Mentor other designers or contractors as needed
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in brand and graphic design, especially in a B2B context
- Developing skills in project management and cross-functional teamwork
- Confidence to act as a strategic design partner, not just a service provider
- Ability to guide teams on visual communication and brand standards
