Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within LAN and WAN environments.
Utilize our Incident Management System to log and monitor new and existing cases.
Address and resolve alerts and incidents in accordance with defined SLAs across all priority levels.
Manage customer inquiries via calls, portal requests, and emails.
Resolve incidents ranging from simple to medium complexity.
Participate in rotational shifts, including weekends, in a 'follow the sun' model across two global locations.
Ensure effective handovers between shifts.
Implement standard changes as requested by customers and internal teams.
Handle escalations following established processes and procedures.
