With a flat hierarchy, we aim to provide best-in-class services and products while ensuring our team enjoys the process.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with Shift Supervisors to initiate and halt machine operations, troubleshoot automated systems, and resolve daily processing issues to optimize machine uptime.Perform essential automation technical tasks during shifts to sustain production at peak performance levels.Conduct regular maintenance services on machines.Troubleshoot and repair 24-volt components.Address and repair pneumatic components and troubleshoot issues.Engage in continuous improvement initiatives or projects involving new product introductions.Uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness, ensuring work areas, machines, and equipment are properly maintained.Ensure compliance with Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) alongside adherence to all MGS Mfg. Group policies and procedures.Enhance existing automation technologies within manufacturing processes.Assist in the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial control systems, including PLCs and PACs.Support Automation Testing of industrial controls, encompassing computerized systems that oversee and regulate machinery operations, such as robotic and automated production lines.Analyze work orders to identify necessary steps for task completion.Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment for defects or malfunctions.Prepare work orders and generate reports on project statuses.Proficient moulding and/or automation technician.5+ years of experience in technical injection moulding.Familiarity with medical production processes is advantageous.Experience in controlled environments.Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 13485 standards.Understanding of mechanical and electronic systems associated with high-tech manufacturing.
