As part of the Project Purchasing team, you will play a vital role in managing purchases related to the development and production of our standard products.
You will be a key player in the purchasing cycle, from supplier consultations to tracking initial deliveries.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the procurement of parts for our standard products, collaborating closely with project and technical teams;
- Leading supplier consultations for specific segments (Bid List), analyzing offers, and aiding in the allocation decision (Award);
- Configuring purchasing data in the ERP and ensuring the monitoring of initial deliveries;
- Addressing series issues: supply management, product quality, and discrepancy resolution;
- Participating in cross-functional topics: drafting or updating purchase contracts, internal purchasing communication, and monitoring and analyzing supplier KPIs.
