Location: Lincoln, RI (on-site Monday-Friday)
Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission potential.

Who We’re Looking For: We seek a driven, competitive, and diligent individual who excels in relationship-building and opportunity creation. As an Associate Account Executive, you will nurture strong client relationships and assess their unique business needs, collaborating closely with our Technical Recruiters to align the ideal candidates with job openings.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and lead generation
- Utilize interpersonal skills to develop and maintain profitable business relationships
- Nurture and expand long-term client relationships
- Utilize CRM tools and social media to manage market intelligence and client accounts
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
