Role overview
The Mid-Market Account Manager focuses on growing and expanding relationships within larger client accounts. This position centers on building strong connections, finding new opportunities for account growth, and leading commercial conversations. Typical tasks include guiding customers through complex purchases, such as plan upgrades, increasing user counts, and negotiating multi-year agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within assigned mid-market accounts
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations for upgrades, user increases, and contract terms
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
- Manage contract renewals and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders in client organizations
