Role overview The Lincoln, Rhode Island team is seeking a full-time Manual Mail Inserter (also known as a Custom Insert Operator). This position focuses on preparing custom mailing orders by hand. Key tasks include folding and inserting confidential documents into envelopes or packages, operating a metering machine to apply postage, and checking that each mailing meets quality standards. Accuracy and accountability are especially important, particularly during busy periods with tight deadlines. Work schedule Standard hours run Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime is often needed, especially during the first week of each month for month-end processing. Extra hours may also be scheduled during the week or, on rare occasions, on weekends.
