About the Position:
We are on the lookout for a talented Content Designer with a strong background in copywriting to become a part of our Experience Design Team. In this exciting role, you will merge your marketing knowledge with user experience (UX) writing capabilities to craft captivating content across various digital platforms, encompassing everything from product descriptions to marketing copy.
Your Responsibilities:
Content Creation, Copywriting, & Strategy
Produce clear, engaging content tailored for digital products and marketing materials.
Craft effective micro-copy for product interfaces, ensuring a consistent tone across diverse user flows.
Establish and uphold content style guides and guidelines.
Create persuasive copy for campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral.
Optimization & Research
Leverage data and user feedback to enhance content effectiveness.
Perform content audits and implement necessary improvements.
Engage in user research to gauge content impact.
Incorporate SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Collaboration
Collaborate closely with design and product teams throughout project cycles.
Partner with various roles (consulting, marketing, etc.) and stakeholders to create impactful content and materials.
Lead content workshops and training sessions.
Ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms.
