- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries;
- Provide empathetic support and resolve customer service issues promptly;
- Maintain accurate data entry of customer inquiries, feedback, and questions in the customer services database;
- Utilize open questions, support documents, and system training to troubleshoot issues;
- Offer solutions to common problems or frequently asked questions.
