THE ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our regional hiring needs with our global People & Talent strategy. Your primary focus will be on managing end-to-end recruitment processes for regional teams, empowering hiring managers and People Business Partners, and serving as a strategic advisor in building high-performing teams across our five core markets.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with General Managers, Regional Operations Directors, and central People & Talent teams to ensure the right hires are made at the right time, while enhancing structure, implementing best practices, and ensuring a positive candidate experience in every aspect of recruitment.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for office and field roles across various countries and functions.
- Collaborate with GMs and PBPs to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs, develop scorecards, and create tailored sourcing strategies.
- Coach and guide hiring managers on best hiring practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
- Support and train regional stakeholders to enhance their hiring autonomy, while stepping in hands-on when necessary.
- Utilize data to enhance hiring outcomes, tracking pipeline efficiency, and identifying areas for improvement.
