In this role, you will lead the Guidance Navigation and Control (GNC) design, modeling, analysis, and testing for Rocket Lab's launch missions. You will be a key member of the Global Launch Services (GLS) Mission Formulation Team, collaborating closely with various Engineering teams and Production to transform innovative launch and mission concepts into reality.Your responsibilities will include conducting trade studies, performing both preliminary and final mission analyses, and defining as well as implementing detailed designs for our launch programs. This team plays a pivotal role in formulating and executing missions for classified operations on the HASTE and Electron launch vehicles.Success in this position will be gauged by the depth of expertise and experience in launch vehicle design and mission execution that you contribute. Your ability to work autonomously on projects, collaborate effectively with diverse teams across Rocket Lab, and prioritize competing engineering challenges will be critical to your success.
