If you're adaptable, enthusiastic, and looking for a role where every day brings new challenges, this could be the perfect fit for you!Your Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact at the reception, assisting with entry cards and employee communication.- Offer administrative support, including document processing, office supply procurement, and photocopying.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment.- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to facilitate the onboarding of new employees.- Assemble and distribute packages for employee recognition and partner gifts.- Assist office managers with travel and educational arrangements for employees.- Oversee deliveries and shipping, ensuring timely tracking through our digital system.What We Seek:- Strong understanding of interpersonal dynamics and the needs of others.- Excellent communication abilities in English, both written and spoken.- Team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.- An enthusiasm for the mobile gaming and entertainment sectors is a bonus.Your Background:- No previous experience necessary.
