Reporting directly to the Head of European Compliance, you will assume a pivotal leadership role in ensuring precise, timely, and compliant regulatory reporting across various frameworks, including MiFID II/MiFIR (typically through Approved Reporting Mechanisms), EMIR, CAT, short/long transparency, and related regulations pertinent to UK and EU investment firms. You will champion the integrity of reporting processes, implement robust controls, manage reconciliation, and handle exceptions, collaborating closely with technology teams to facilitate the automation of reporting and management information production. As a key subject matter expert, you will possess the flexibility to adapt the scope of your role in line with evolving regulations and business requirements.
