The Role:
We are at a pivotal moment as we strive to elevate the GAIN brand on a global scale, and we are seeking a talented Brand & Content Lead to join our newly formed marketing team. This pivotal role sits at the core of GAIN's marketing strategy, collaborating closely with the Marketing Director and our various business units to establish GAIN's presence. You'll be responsible for developing a premier brand experience, shaping our visual identity, tone of voice, and the content shared across digital platforms.
Your creativity will ensure that our narrative is communicated consistently across social media, digital channels, audiovisual content, and our website, fostering awareness, engagement, and meaningful connections with clients and team members alike.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Development & Guardianship
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director and the GAIN Creative Studio to produce the new GAIN Brand Book, defining our identity, tone, and visual system across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation of branded toolkits, including social media templates, event materials, and internal resources for the agency.
- Serve as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent quality, tone, and application across GAIN and all business units.
- Support business unit marketing teams with brand or content resources where needed.
- Content & Creative
- Lead the development of central AV materials, including showreels and thought leadership films, creating engaging, high-quality assets that align with best practices.
