As our Founder in Residence, you will: Drive growth and execution across all CVX markets, both existing and new Build, manage, and inspire high-performing local teams in each market Own the global strategy, from market entry to operational excellence Lead the ongoing expansion of our angel investor network across Europe Represent CVX at public events, conferences, and in media, enhancing visibility and trust Engage in deal flow, investment decisions, and startup ecosystem interaction Foster a culture of excellence and performance across all markets Report directly to the executive team on progress and strategic initiatives
