Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a commercially savvy Director of Product Strategy to spearhead our product catalogue and physical product initiatives from inception to execution. You will be responsible for crafting the strategy, systems, and processes that guide our market offerings, supply growth, and audience engagement through category expansion and unique intellectual property.
Your role will involve analyzing merchandising trends to refine our catalogue, identifying promising artists for collaboration, structuring artist agreements (including IP considerations), and innovatively leveraging both physical and digital product experiences to achieve ambitious growth and profitability goals.
