In this role, you will spearhead our partnership strategy and the ongoing development of our portfolio featuring PagerDuty's most significant partners. Your responsibility will encompass the formulation and execution of PagerDuty's partnership strategy, working closely alongside Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.The Director of Strategic Alliances will lead the alliance team in launching and scaling go-to-market programs with key consulting and technology partners to drive PagerDuty's growth and enhance service delivery. Join us in shaping the future of AI!Please note: This role requires onsite presence at our London office.Role Overview:Act as the primary point of contact for IT support in the UK Cohere office.Provide first-line IT support for all Cohere employees globally during your shift.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues while offering training on tools and systems (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.).Collaborate with our People Ops team to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees.Manage the ordering and tracking of laptop shipments for new hires globally.Oversee in-office networking and AV requirements, continuously optimizing our setup.Assist with inventory management of IT equipment for local and remote employees.Document and update IT procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as necessary.Deliver first-level support for office Wi-Fi networks, including routers/switches and WAPs.Provide premium support to C-suite stakeholders.Assist with A/V needs for events, including podcasts and conference calls.Adapt to shifting priorities, addressing a variety of IT challenges from troubleshooting devices to facilitating video conferencing.
