Your success will be evaluated based on customer engagement and the vitality of our customer base.Your ResponsibilitiesLead Customer CommunicationsDesign, test, schedule, and execute all customer-facing email campaigns.Oversee segmentation and distribution lists to ensure targeted messaging reaches the appropriate audiences.Manage the customer communications calendar effectively.Guarantee that all campaigns are accurate, align with brand guidelines, and are delivered punctually.Product Updates & ReleasesConvert product updates and feature launches into clear, benefit-oriented email communications.Collaborate with the Product team to ensure precision and clarity in messaging.Support major product launches with coordinated announcement campaigns.Content & Event PromotionPromote webinars, customer events, and new resources to enhance customer engagement.
