Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the entire enterprise sales process across EMEA. Develop and nurture enterprise client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-level executives. Collaborate with Account Development, Marketing, and Revenue Enablement teams to build and advance the sales pipeline. Proactively prospect and identify new qualified enterprise opportunities. Deliver compelling presentations to executive audiences, customizing messages to fit regional market dynamics. Achieve and surpass revenue targets consistently. Contribute significantly to shaping LeanData’s sales strategies, feedback systems, and GTM initiatives within EMEA. Candidate ProfileMinimum of 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably with enterprise clients. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas in a consultative or solution-oriented selling environment. Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, business value, and ROI-based selling techniques. Strong business acumen and familiarity with B2B sales and marketing strategies. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence. Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

As we expand our footprint in EMEA, we are seeking a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing LeanData’s enterprise presence in the region while representing a well-regarded product with substantial brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, engaging with sophisticated, high-growth companies throughout the region. You will work collaboratively with global Go-To-Market (GTM), Marketing, and Revenue teams, influencing our sales approach, positioning, and success in EMEA. This position is perfect for a proactive self-starter who thrives in an environment of ownership and ambiguity and is adept at articulating the value of LeanData's AI-driven solutions.
