Position Overview
As an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) at Swap, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion efforts by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities will include engaging senior stakeholders at targeted organizations, grasping their unique needs, and showcasing Swap’s offerings as the perfect solution to their challenges. This position is ideal for a highly driven, results-oriented individual with a proven track record in business development and a passion for securing complex, high-value contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential key decision-makers and buying committees within target enterprise accounts.
Implement and execute multi-faceted outbound strategies to generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and attendance at networking events.
Prospecting:
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into scheduled discovery meetings.
Engage with senior stakeholders and multiple contacts across targeted accounts to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives.
Pitching & Positioning:
Articulate the value proposition of Swap’s products and services to potential clients via phone, email, and social selling, customizing messaging to address enterprise-level challenges and priorities.
Relationship Building:
Foster and maintain robust relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups and value-added communication.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop a comprehensive engagement strategy with assigned prospects.
