Your Role and Responsibilities

Collaborating with other FIRST team members, you will represent the FIRST Solutions brand on-site at a prestigious tech company. This role is perfect for a seasoned corporate event-planning professional with experience in team leadership and motivation.
Key Contributions
- Coordinate staff assignments and manage workloads for both onsite and digital events.
- Review event requests from the intake team and confirm venue availability, approvals, and other essential details before delegation.
- Advise on the planning and execution of events for designated high-profile groups, overseeing larger-scale events.
- Support and coordinate event delivery as needed.
