The Food & Beverage Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing all food and beverage outlets within the property, ensuring a profitable department while delivering exceptional product quality and service standards. This position is tasked with implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance business, minimize staff turnover, manage revenue and payroll budgets, and maintain budgeted productivity levels without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the operations of the Restaurant and Black Lacquer events with a focus on maximizing revenue and optimizing net operating income, ensuring precise budget planning and performance.
- Revitalize each venue through strategic action plans and hands-on support, empowering outlet leaders to consistently surpass financial targets.
- Exercise complete control over labor and operating costs, balancing financial efficiency with an unwavering commitment to quality and customer experience.
- Enhance brand reputation through strategic improvements in products and services, keeping our venues at the forefront of industry trends and guest desires.
- Establish and maintain brand-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that embody the essence of Hyde, setting a benchmark for excellence across all venues.
- Prioritize guest satisfaction by being present, responsive, and dedicated to swiftly addressing concerns.
- Strengthen guest loyalty by introducing thoughtful initiatives that recognize repeat visitors and foster a sense of community.
- Build strong interdepartmental relationships, sharing ideas and best practices that elevate overall business performance.
- Act as a brand ambassador within the local community, forging meaningful partnerships with local influencers and tastemakers.
- Stay attuned to evolving culinary, beverage, and music trends, ensuring our offerings remain fresh and appealing.

- Inspire and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and genuine hospitality.
