About the Role We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Performance Marketing Lead to join the Electroverse team and drive growth for our Octopus Electroverse and Octopus Fleet products. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will spearhead the execution and optimization of our paid media budget across all digital channels. We desire an outcome-driven strategist who can seamlessly integrate high-level strategic planning with detailed campaign optimization. As part of the Octopus Group, we operate differently from traditional organizations. We avoid agencies, lengthy bureaucratic processes, and unnecessary meetings. Our exceptional in-house teams of developers, marketers, designers, product managers, and commercial experts collaborate closely to create products that transform the e-mobility landscape. This performance-focused role encompasses international B2C and B2B digital campaigns, ensuring that your daily tasks will vary. Here are some of the responsibilities you will undertake: Lead the comprehensive setup, management, and optimization of Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads, defining campaign structures, targeting frameworks, and bid strategies to achieve performance objectives. Oversee budget allocation and campaign performance, employing data-driven decisions to scale, pause, or restructure activities across various markets, products, and audiences to maximize efficiency and revenue. Ensure the effective execution of bid strategies, pacing, and overall performance delivery. Analyze performance data to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
