About the Role
We are on the lookout for a visionary Retail Design disruptor to join our Global Store Design team at Charlotte Tilbury. This pivotal role involves supporting key store design projects globally, from conceptualizing innovative designs to staying ahead of competitors and producing strategic, groundbreaking design outputs. You will collaborate closely with Senior Store Design Managers and the Global Store Design Director, leading essential projects, pushing creative boundaries, and fostering continuous innovation while being an invaluable partner to other Global Teams and Regions.
As a Global Store Design Manager, you will:
Work collaboratively with the Global Store Design team to bring Charlotte’s distinctive vision and expertise to life in retail environments.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading the representation of Charlotte Tilbury’s brand identity across all Store Design facets.
- Aesthetically and commercially expressing the brand's strength, from initial drafts to project launches across all global regions.
- Participating in the Global ideation team to develop new designs tailored to brand needs.
- Possessing a solid understanding of technical drawings to create floor plans, elevations, and details.
- Supporting new market distributions and collaborating with Project Managers to adhere to timelines and budgets.
- Managing a variety of processes from creative to commercial, always aligned with brand objectives.
- Overseeing contractors and obtaining necessary approvals to ensure project success.
