Role Overview
The Go-To-Market Team Lead guides Legora’s GTM strategy and works hands-on with the sales team to drive revenue growth. This role focuses on improving team performance, raising deal quality, and making sure the company’s sales approach delivers consistent results. The Team Lead works directly with sales representatives to move deals forward and put strategy into action.
What You Will Do
- Own team revenue targets and support quota achievement.
- Coach sales representatives throughout each stage of the deal, from discovery to closing.
- Lead structured deal reviews, evaluate pipeline health, and run forecast meetings.
- Spot gaps in the pipeline and develop strategies to improve conversion rates and deal speed.
- Ensure the team follows sales processes, messaging, and playbooks consistently.
- Encourage adoption of sales tools, maintain CRM accuracy, and drive operational best practices.
- Use AI tools to improve deal quality, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy.
