Job Overview:
We seek an innovative Growth Marketing Manager who combines creativity with analytical precision. You will take full ownership of the marketing funnel, from initial engagement to paid conversion, leveraging AI, data, and experimentation to identify and scale successful strategies. This is a builder role that demands authentic ownership rather than mere agency oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Agent Design & Build
- Develop, implement, and deploy AI agents that automate key marketing functions and customer lifecycle interactions, including lead nurturing and churn signal identification.
- Engage directly with LLMs and workflow automation tools to minimize manual tasks and boost marketing efficiency.
- Recognize repetitive or bottlenecked marketing processes and replace them systematically with intelligent, scalable automation solutions.
- Full-Funnel Experimentation
- Design and conduct structured experiments across various marketing channels, landing pages, and email sequences to enhance conversion rates from Visitor to Free to Paid.
- Establish and maintain a disciplined experimentation routine, documenting hypotheses, outcomes, and insights to foster knowledge accumulation within the team.
- Quickly prioritize and scale successful experiments, while promptly discontinuing those that underperform.
- Content-Led Acquisition
- Collaborate with the content team to pivot ThriveCart's marketing from a feature-centric approach to a value-driven one, educating customers on optimizing checkout flows, boosting conversions, and increasing revenue.
- Drive organic traffic growth, including visibility across LLM search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude, as part of a contemporary SEO strategy.
- Create content briefs and distribution strategies that educate, build trust, and establish sustainable acquisition channels.
