YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Serve as the primary support for people matters across the UK, Germany, Poland, and Australia, managing these issues from start to finish while ensuring compliance with company policy and applicable employment laws. Offer support, thought leadership, and coaching to team members and leaders across various sectors, including Studio, Retail, and Corporate. Coach business leaders on essential people processes such as performance management, absence management, redundancies, and handling disciplinary matters and grievances. Partner with our Global Inclusion and Impact team to discover opportunities for fostering and driving inclusive leadership. YOU BRING TO PELOTON Demonstrated experience in a People Advisor or People Business Partner role, ideally supporting the UK and at least one other market in EMEA. Proven experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments, preferably including partnerships with shift-based teams (such as production or retail). A reputation as a credible collaborator (gaining respect, acting with integrity, keeping commitments); proactive (offering viewpoints, challenging assumptions, taking initiative); and a trusted thought partner (building relationships, delivering results).
