Key responsibilities Develop and lead Alpha International’s fundraising strategy and annual plans for the UK. Expand the UK major donor program, focusing on securing multi-year commitments. Manage a portfolio of major donors, each giving £10,000 or more per year. Identify and engage new major donors through networking, referrals, and introductions from peers. Support and guide team members working on mid-level and base giving initiatives. Collaborate with senior leadership to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and organizations. Organize and deliver donor events in the UK, including the donor experience at the Leadership Conference. Coordinate donor engagement with the HTB Group Fundraising Committee.
