This position is designed for a hands-on builder who will architect and amplify our paid acquisition strategies rather than merely executing a predefined plan. We are on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Lead who thrives on execution and is passionate about the intricacies of campaign design and the thrill of optimizing conversion funnels.
As the catalyst for our paid acquisition initiatives, you will oversee daily operations, scaling efforts, and relentless optimization of our performance channels. Your role is not limited to budget oversight; you will actively engage with the platforms, fine-tuning campaigns, experimenting with creative elements, and ensuring that every pound spent is maximized to disseminate our transformative financial advice to a wider audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Mastery: Take a hands-on approach with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta. You will be tasked with building, launching, and managing campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring impeccable technical implementation.
- Rapid Experimentation: Lead a fast-paced testing strategy. From refining headlines and CTA buttons to optimizing landing page designs, you will continuously iterate to discover the ultimate lead generation formula.
- Funnel Optimization: Own the customer journey from initial click to first meeting. You will identify and eliminate conversion barriers, ensuring a seamless connection between marketing efforts and our service offerings.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain an unwavering focus on data accuracy. You will be responsible for daily performance monitoring and play a key role in shaping our tracking and attribution methodologies, ensuring accurate measurement of key events, funnel stages, and conversion signals to swiftly respond to changes in customer acquisition cost or lead quality.
- Creative Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between performance analytics and creative processes, utilizing data insights to inform and enhance creative outputs.
