The Role
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and fostering collaborative relationships across all levels, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, to enhance Trinny London’s visibility and market presence.
- Leading successful commercial negotiations regarding terms, pricing, distribution, online presence, and marketing support with Buying and Merchandising teams.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of retail landscapes and category performance to uncover new opportunities and strategic needs.
- Taking full accountability for retail sales forecasting in the region, adhering to financial deadlines, and promptly highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Creating and executing comprehensive plans to drive top rankings across all categories and locations.
- Analyzing each account's P&L to balance investment decisions with trade marketing opportunities, ensuring agreed profit margins are met.
- Staying agile to respond to retail trends and maximizing potential across various retail partners.
- Monitoring, managing, and optimizing performance across all channels.
