About the Role
As a Platform Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and operating Menlo Security's Infrastructure Platform. Collaborating with our engineering teams, you will facilitate secure customer connections to the Internet across a globally distributed environment. Our approach anticipates failure, integrates security by design, fosters evolvable systems, and supports multi-tenancy across our infrastructure. Automation is not just a practice for us, it’s a core value.

Joining our skilled team, you will manage our core infrastructure services and oversee the continuous growth of our platform. The team operates a sophisticated cloud-native infrastructure utilizing Google Kubernetes Engine and virtual machines across multiple global environments from development to production. We implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Spacelift orchestration, deploying services through Helm charts. Our platform prioritizes a security-first design, comprehensive observability, and multi-region resilience. Success in this role entails engaging with a vast VM fleet in AWS and GCP, utilizing Kubernetes, writing Infrastructure as Code, and possessing a passion for automation and reliability engineering.
