ComplyAdvantage logo
Full-time|On-site|London, England, United Kingdom

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to lead the Agentic Case Remediation product domain within our Risk Applications tribe. This senior-level individual contributor position carries significant commercial responsibility, as you will drive business outcomes beyond mere product delivery. The product focuses on a critical and commercially impactful opportunity. Compliance operations centers handle vast quantities of alerts, with a significant proportion being false positives. These centers are resource-intensive, challenging to staff, and their outputs can be unpredictable and difficult to scale. By leveraging agentic remediation, we can automate the resolution of 75-95% of false positives, significantly lowering operational costs while enhancing predictability and consistency in throughput. This product is already established and actively being rolled out. Initially developed as an add-on feature, it quickly demonstrated its value and has now become a successful standalone product. This role is essential to ensure dedicated senior product ownership, guiding a proven product through its next growth phase, enhancing its capabilities, and promoting widespread commercial adoption.ComplyAdvantage offers transaction monitoring, screening, and risk intelligence products that generate the alerts and cases feeding into remediation. The agentic product builds upon this existing infrastructure. Your responsibility will be to define the next steps for autonomous resolution, develop the necessary capabilities, and showcase measurable ROI to stakeholders focused on operational costs, throughput, and quality. You will collaborate within a dedicated squad, working alongside an engineering manager and engineers with expertise in AI/ML. As the Principal Product Manager, you will be the senior decision-maker regarding product specifications: you will manage customer requirements, compliance contexts, and commercial logic, while your engineering counterpart will oversee architecture, model selection, and implementation. You will work as equals, but in Risk Apps, the PPM establishes the product specifications.Your work will be framed within a structured product operating model with defined decision-making rights. The Chief Product and Technology Officer sets the product vision; the Product Director shapes the tribe-level roadmap; you will translate your product area into actionable plans with measurable returns. Each squad represents a significant investment, and you are expected to frame your product decisions as returns on that investment. If you have experience in organizations with disciplined and commercially accountable product management, this environment will feel familiar. Conversely, if you seek a role with complete strategic autonomy and no governance framework, this position may not be the right fit. What You Will DoOwn agentic remediation as a product area with a General Manager mindset. Understand the competitive landscape, know the buyer, and be accountable for the success of the product.
