Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule contract work.
- Assist with all move-in and move-out processes.
- Ensure timely communication and paperwork exchange between landlords and tenants.
- Review and confirm new deals for accuracy.
- Address general tenancy inquiries promptly.
- Provide administrative support to lettings managers and teams.
- Respond to queries from landlords and tenants within 24 hours.
- Support renewal negotiations and manage relevant paperwork.
- Assist in the termination process while ensuring proper documentation.
- Oversee deposit releases for the non-managed portfolio.
- Help with client deposit protection.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
