Job Objective & Responsibilities:
The Regional Operations Manager is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of support services at ABM. Utilizing effective leadership and management capabilities, this role involves building high-performing teams across diverse blue-chip and high-profile sites, consistently achieving or surpassing client service expectations in security and cleaning operations.
Main Duties:
Operational Excellence
• Oversee comprehensive security, cleaning, and other soft services operations across an assigned portfolio of prestigious client sites.
• Conduct investigations as directed by senior management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Develop and uphold quality management systems tailored to security, cleaning, and other soft services, performing monthly quality assurance audits across all locations.
• Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations, focusing on security protocols and the safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
Financial Management
• Achieve budgetary targets and evaluate financial performance across regional contracts for security, cleaning, and other soft services.
• Engage in strategic planning and define key objectives for multi-site operations, ensuring profitability across varied client portfolios.
• Track expenditures and revenues against budgetary plans, implementing credit control practices and managing costs effectively through optimized operational methods.
• Negotiate and implement price adjustments when necessary, ensuring contract profitability while maintaining service quality.
• Assess cost-effective operational strategies, enhancing productivity within security, cleaning, and other soft services contracts.
• Approve payroll submissions from Site/Contract/Branch Managers to ensure precise payments and adherence to budgetary constraints across all contracts.
• Authorize material requisitions, ensuring compliance with budgetary limits and company-approved suppliers for security materials and cleaning supplies.
Administrative Excellence
• Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, upholding high standards of client communication.
