Join our dynamic Account & Sales Team as a Sales Executive within our Consulting division. Your expertise will directly influence our growth as you engage with clients, prospects, and key business stakeholders. You will lead the charge in selling consulting services tailored for transformation, risk management, regulation, data analytics, technology, and AI in the financial services sector. You will refine and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that encompasses our full suite of offerings, including Change and Transformation, Risk and Regulation, and Data, Technology, and AI consulting.
We are seeking a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results-driven approach to further develop this rapidly expanding segment of our business.
This individual contributor role will report to the Head of Consulting and leverage the extensive networks of our management team and Delta Capita. This position is based in London and will be pivotal to our regional expansion. We embrace a hybrid working model; however, due to the nature of the role, regular presence in our London office is essential for client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, cultivate, manage, and finalize new business opportunities within UK accounts for our Consulting division.
Discover market opportunities through networking, meetings, and various outreach channels.
Evaluate opportunities to enhance our support for existing clients.
Gain a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to effectively position Delta Capita’s offerings.
Familiarize yourself with the consulting business's key offerings to initiate discussions before engaging DC subject matter experts.
Maintain and document dynamic account plans that capture business needs, including whitespace and competitive replacement strategies.
Manage internal stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization. At DC, we pride ourselves on teamwork and leveraging our expertise to drive sales.
Collaborate with the management team to create a business plan and demand management initiatives that leverage DC’s organization for revenue growth and deeper account penetration.
Establish a 12- to 24-month pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
