The Team You’ll JoinThe Growth Team at Runna plays a crucial role in how runners discover, engage, and convert through our product. Positioned at the intersection of product development and marketing, this team drives scalable user growth while ensuring a seamless experience from initial interaction to early retention.Growth is fundamental to Runna’s success — from attracting the right users to optimizing onboarding, conversion, and monetization, all the way to enhancing activation and habit formation. We leverage rapid experimentation, data insights, and user feedback to consistently enhance performance throughout the funnel.As the leader of a cross-functional team of 13 across three squads — Funnel, Monetization, and Growth Product — you will oversee the complete growth journey: acquisition, conversion, and early retention.By collaborating closely with Growth Marketing, Partnerships, and the broader Product team, you will be instrumental in scaling Runna’s user base and transforming new runners into lifelong customers.
