Your Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who will be instrumental in driving our paid social and emerging channel strategies. You will oversee campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across various platforms, collaborating closely with our in-house creative team to achieve rapid and scalable growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong mobile app experience, particularly from a subscription-based business, and a proven track record in driving results through paid social initiatives.
With a substantial budget, dedicated creative resources, and a fast-paced team environment, you will be expected to act swiftly, experiment boldly, and stabilize performance against strict Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) targets. As we continue to expand, you'll have the chance to explore and utilize emerging paid channels such as Reddit and Spotify.
Take ownership of performance platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, new channels) to plan and execute campaigns across the entire funnel (prospecting, retargeting).
Work collaboratively with our creative team to ideate, brief, and analyze advertising creatives.
Develop and manage a comprehensive performance testing roadmap (hooks, formats, targeting, landing pages).
Continuously monitor and optimize performance to meet CAC/LTV goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Identify and troubleshoot signal issues and attribution gaps (Pixels, AppsFlyer, S2S, SKAN).
Enhance measurement frameworks and contribute to incrementality testing.
Propose opportunities for new automation strategies and optimizations.
