About the Role
We are seeking a driven and passionate Senior National Account Manager to join our vibrant EU commercial team. In this role, you will forge and cultivate strategic partnerships with our retail partners, while also uncovering new commercial opportunities and negotiating top-tier reciprocal support to seamlessly bring the Tilbury magic online.
As a successful candidate, you will possess a limitless commercial mindset, backed by a solid track record as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Manager. You will be adept at numbers, driven by targets, commercially astute, and eager to devise creative solutions to challenges, all while being deeply passionate about the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain exceptional collaborative relationships at all levels within your assigned accounts, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing, ensuring that the Charlotte Tilbury brand achieves significant voice, visibility, and exposure.
- Conduct effective commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, online presence, and support packages with Buying and Merchandising teams.
- Possess a thorough understanding of retail context and category performance to identify strategic opportunities and needs.
- Take full responsibility for all net and retail sales forecasting within the EU region, adhering to financial deadlines and budget submissions while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Implement innovative strategies to maintain and propel our #1 ranking in the beauty industry.
