Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Ecosystem QA Manager and play a vital role in a cross-functional pod focused on maintaining the quality of the web portal for Monopoly Go!
- Work collaboratively with both internal and external teams to facilitate feature and content launches, ensuring superior quality across all web services.
- Take ownership of the complete quality of deliverables from your pod, emphasizing functionality and user experience.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, developing clear test strategies and plans.
- Engage early in the development lifecycle by reviewing briefs and designs, proactively identifying potential risks and gaps.
- Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test suites and cases tailored to web features and services.
- Conduct hands-on testing while ensuring accountability for quality within your team.
- Collaborate closely with developers to comprehend scope changes and evaluate cross-functional impacts.
- Coordinate with external QA teams to ensure alignment and consistent quality standards.
- Investigate live issues alongside Customer Support and Live Ops teams, facilitating timely resolutions and addressing root causes.
- Effectively communicate progress, priorities, risks, and quality trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership.
- Champion QA best practices, standardizing processes, and driving continuous improvement across all pods.
