What You Will Do Advise on employment-related issues, including recruitment, contracts, policies, compensation and benefits (such as employee share schemes), HR compliance, restrictive covenants, performance management, misconduct investigations, employee relations, terminations, and employment litigation Support the employment law team in developing efficient processes and templates for employment matters Utilize AI tools where appropriate to streamline legal workflows Collaborate with the People Team and other global stakeholders Lead legal advice in multiple jurisdictions and contribute to employment law projects across regions Who We’re Looking For Skilled in global employment law, with experience managing diverse and complex legal matters Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities Strong critical judgment and the ability to advise on sensitive employment issues Consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving This position reports directly to the Associate General Counsel (Head of Employment) in London.
