Who We Are Seeking: We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, with experience being our primary focus. However, relevant Microsoft D365 / Power Platform certifications would be advantageous. Required Experience: Proven implementation expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, particularly in Customer Service and Field Service. Hands-on experience with Power Platform implementation (Power Apps, Power Automate, model-driven apps). Involvement in pre-sales activities including technology advocacy, demonstrations, and bid-response documentation. Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both executive-level audiences and frontline staff. Proficient in requirements gathering and business process identification, analysis, and re-engineering. Experience leading large-scale Dynamics implementations.
