POSITION OVERVIEWAs a Maintenance Technician at Stream Realty Partners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of various building systems and equipment. This position offers an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of engineering responsibilities within the property management sector.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct preventive maintenance and repairs on a wide range of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, such as pumps, chillers, boilers, air compressors, and air handling units.Perform general repairs and maintenance, including the replacement of building components like fixtures, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.Utilize foundational HVAC knowledge to adjust controls and resolve work orders effectively.Engage in property-specific water treatment chemical programs.Maintain comprehensive operation logs and files, including central plant operations and equipment inspection logs.Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external partners.Develop expertise in fire alarm and life safety systems relevant to the property.Comply with all Stream Realty and property-specific policies and procedures while executing all duties safely.Participate actively in training sessions and seminars as required.
