Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT)!Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? We invite you to apply for the role of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at ABA Centers of Florida, located in Longwood, FL. This full-time position offers a starting hourly rate of $21, with the final compensation reflecting your experience, training, and educational background.Why Work with Us?As a rapidly growing healthcare provider, we pride ourselves on our commitment to professional development. Additionally, you may qualify for a full scholarship to pursue a Master’s in ABA at Temple University and join our BCBA Apprentice Program after 90 days of full-time service.Your Role:- Assist individuals with autism in various settings including home, community, and our facilities.- Teach essential daily living and social skills using evidence-based practices.- Collect and analyze data to track progress during therapy sessions.- Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in ongoing training.- Implement therapy as guided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).- Communicate effectively with families and team members to ensure the best client care.- Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Minimum age of 18 years (21 in New Jersey).- Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance for in-home client services.- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.- Willingness to complete a 40-hour paid training course for RBT certification within 45 days of hire.
