Brand Partnerships Event Producer
About the Role:
We are in search of a skilled and proactive Producer to spearhead the development and execution of custom brand events and activations throughout the US and Canada. This position is based in the US and is part of the Creative Solutions team, tasked with delivering our Brand Partnerships campaigns.
As a Producer, you will manage both intricate, high-value projects and smaller activations, collaborating closely with Project Management and external partners to create outstanding brand experiences. You will work with a significant level of independence, serve as the main point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders, and play a vital role in shaping our global production strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the comprehensive production of custom branded events and activations, from initial feasibility and planning to live execution and post-event evaluation.
- Act as a production leader across multiple projects, establishing direction, priorities, and best practices for delivery teams and external partners.
- Manage and oversee event budgets and P&Ls, including forecasting, cost management, reconciliation, and identifying opportunities for efficiencies or added value.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with venues, suppliers, talent, and production partners, ensuring commercial integrity and risk mitigation.
