Respond to emails and inquiries through various digital platforms, and assist with document printing/scanning for guests. Discuss and promote Soho House amenities, room types, and rates, enhancing the guest experience and driving revenue. Coordinate support for members and guests with the bell attendant and valet services. Participate in daily briefings and maintain a positive team atmosphere. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing role or similar position. Able to multitask efficiently and manage high call volumes with professionalism. Familiarity with OpenTable, Salesforce, Google Sheets, and/or Opera is a plus. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
