Qualifications
Key Qualifications:A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. Proven experience managing real estate transactions from inception to closing. Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to create and maintain detailed checklists and organizational charts. Demonstrated capacity to manage diverse asset portfolios and multiple concurrent transactions effectively. Comprehensive knowledge across various areas of real estate, including purchase and sale agreements, financing, and leasing. Experience drafting real estate forms, letters, and closing documents under attorney supervision. Proficient in entity formation and filings with the Secretary of State, including resolutions and certificates. Ability to review and analyze title, survey, zoning reports, and other due diligence materials. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to anticipating issues and executing tasks efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
