Role overview
The Head of Growth will lead all consumer growth efforts at dot.cards. As the first person in this position, the role offers the chance to shape and scale the growth function from the ground up. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys building systems and delivering results as the company enters a new phase of growth.
What you will do
- Take ownership of the entire growth funnel, from acquisition through retention
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities with the greatest impact
- Develop and refine strategies across channels to expand reach and improve conversion rates
- Work hands-on to implement disciplined growth processes
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead relationships with external partners, such as creative agencies and media buyers
- Report directly to the CEO
