Role Objective
As a Launch Manager at Truemed, you will be instrumental in enabling high-growth and complex merchants to fully leverage our platform. Collaborating closely with enterprise-level brands, you will facilitate the integration of HSA/FSA eligibility into their commerce infrastructure, enhance the customer journey, and align our technology with their strategic business goals to foster significant growth.
This role requires a strategic fusion of 60% business acumen and 40% technical skills. You will need to comprehend each partner's objectives thoroughly while providing customized solutions that align with Truemed’s product capabilities.
As a trusted authority on the Truemed platform, you will lead merchants through the implementation journey, which includes payment integrations, post-purchase survey workflows, tailored API development, and adherence to HSA/FSA regulations to ensure their long-term success.
Understanding the Technical Aspects
At Truemed, our Launch Managers possess technical proficiency and the ability to guide merchants while maintaining a high level of trust throughout the project lifecycle, from contract signing to integration launch. This role transcends mere implementation, necessitating an in-depth understanding of the Truemed product suite to address specific partner needs as they arise. You will operate at the crossroads of commerce, compliance, and consumer experience, empowering brands to utilize Truemed’s platform in groundbreaking ways.
Key Responsibilities
1. Foster Urgency & Maintain Enthusiasm During Partner Implementation Create and execute clear and actionable onboarding strategies, manage partner expectations, and propel onboarding progress to ensure partners are operational swiftly and seamlessly. Minimize friction during the integration process and act as a dependable subject matter expert for queries that arise.
2. Ensure Successful Launches Uphold launch timelines and conduct necessary testing prior to launch, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of common edge cases and internal configuration options, positioning partners for success upon launch.
3. Act as Technical Liaison for Integration Maintenance Continue to serve as a resource for partners post-launch by providing product updates, troubleshooting potential issues, and facilitating communication between the partner and Truemed’s product and development teams.
