Our partnerships with organizations like Mayo GAA, IRFU, and VHI Women’s Mini Marathon showcase our commitment to promoting sports and wellness in Ireland.Role Overview: As a Store Manager, you will oversee all operations and drive sales performance, ensuring our store meets and exceeds corporate expectations while creating an exceptional experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily store operations, including sales, staff management, customer satisfaction, and adherence to security and health & safety protocols.Achieve and surpass store sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Recruit, train, and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and a fair work environment.Oversee financial aspects, including cash flow, wage costs, and budget management.Enhance visual merchandising to captivate and educate customers.Ensure adequate staffing and promotion of in-store services.Maintain a secure environment by monitoring for theft and following security protocols.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, training staff accordingly.Identify customer needs and develop non-direct business strategies.Successfully implement projects aligned with company objectives.Maintain high store standards in accordance with business audits.
