Key responsibilities
- Guide new clients through onboarding and platform configuration, making the transition as seamless as possible
- Deliver user training and provide ongoing consultative support to help clients meet their operational objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across logistics, finance, IT, and operations to adapt solutions to specific needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing issues as they come up
- Share knowledge and help shape internal best practices
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve processes
Work environment
- Remote-first position based in Luxembourg
- Some international travel may be required
